Role: Chef de Partie – 45 hours a week
Comprising of 5 x 9 hour or split shifts
Our Opening Hours: Lunch and Dinner
We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef or Chef de Partie who is looking to further their career.
Must have enthusiasm, energy and a keenness to embrace new ideas.
Managing your own section
Producing menu items in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
Mentoring junior members of the kitchen team
Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
Being able to run the wood fired pizza section from time to time.
