Role: Seasonal/Temporary Commis Chef
Hours: 30-40 hours a week, comprising of 5 x 9 hour or split shifts
Opening hours: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Salary: £10p/h – £12.71p/h an hour plus EXCELLENT tips
Location: The Briny, Clarence Esplanade, Southsea
Who are we looking for?
A Commis Chef with at least 2 years experience, working on both hot an cold sections, who is looking to further their career.
Enthusiasm, energy and a keenness to embrace new ideas.
The role will run until the end of the summer
Main Responsibilities:
- Producing menu items in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
- Mentoring junior members of the kitchen team
- Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
